Spiced ribs marinated in oyster sauce

Ingredients
- Lemon grass
- Pork ribs
- Olive oil
- Garlic
- Chinese cooking wine
- Dried Chilli
- Pepper
- Sugar

Method
- Put all the ingredients in a blender, blend until all combined.
- Put Marinate in the ribs for one hour or overnight. Longer the better
- Put in the Marinaded ribs in the BBQ ….either a charcoal or gas BBQ and cook it slowly at 150 degrees for 45 - 75 mins and turn to golden brown on the ribs, then last 10 minutes turn up temperature to 200 degrees and cook until the edges are more golden in colour or all cooked through and tender
- Serve with steamed rice
