Spicy Bitter Mongolian Lamb

Ingredients
- 1 Packet Lee Kum Kee Mongolian Lamb
- 500g diced Lamb Fillet
- 1 Onion sliced
- Onion shoots
- 1/2 Red, Green and Yellow Capsicum diced in 2cm pieces.
- 3 Red Chillies
- 1/2 tsp Chilli Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 Cups Rice
- Sesame Oil
- Sesame Seeds

Method
- Cook Rice, keep warm.
- Heat Sesame Oil and fry Onion in Wok.
- Add Lamb Fillet, Chilli Oil, Garlic Powder and fry for about 5 minuted until cooked.
- Add diced Capsicum and Lee Kum Kee Mongolian Sauce.
- Fry for another 2 minutes coating all ingredients. Serve with Rice.
