Spicy Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients
- 50g kewpie mayo
- 40g crispy chilli oil
- 15ml Lemon juice
- 30g shredded iceberg lettuce
- 80g tomato
- 60g cucumber
- 20g red onion
- 200g focaccia bread
- 300g chicken thighs
- Seasoning

Method
- Season the chicken with salt, paprika, 10ml lemon juice. Put it in the air fryer for 13 minutes. (6.5 minutes per side)
- To make the sauce combine the Kewpie Mayo, Crispy chilli and 5ml lemon juice
- Prep all the veg, shredded the iceberg lettuce, slice the tomatoes, cucumber and onion
- Slice bread horizontally and toasted for 2 minutes in the open side.
- Assemble in the following order. (Bottom to top)Focaccia Mayo (on both focaccias)Iceberg lettuce Chicken TomatoCucumber Onion
