Spicy chicken with bamboo shoot

Ingredients
- 500g of Chicken
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- Can of bamboo shoot
- Capsicum
- Garlic
- Basil leave
- Oyster sauce
- Soy sauce
- 7 chili
- Water

Method
- Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a wok or pan on medium-high heat.
- Add chopped garlic and chili. Stir fry about 20 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the chicken. Stir fry 2–3 minutes until it starts to cook.
- Add the bamboo shoots and capsicum and stir for 1 minute.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce and a little waterStir well and cook another 2 minutes.
- Turn heat to high and add basil leaves. Stir 20–30 seconds until the basil wilts.
- Turn off heat and serve hot with steamed rice.
