Spicy green Thai curry

Ingredients
- Chicken breast diced
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- Coconut milk or cream 400ml-800ml
- 3 med size boch choy
- Onion
- Garlic
- Valcom green curry powder
- Chillis
- Rice

Method
- Dice chicken breasts and cook in oil with onion and garlic
- Once browned add in coconut milk and curry paste, some water and any Asian spices
- Add in bok choy or any Asian greens you would like and allow to simmer for 30 minutes
- Cook jasmine rice in rice cooker and combine to make a curry Season with chilli’s and coriander or parsley if wanted
