Spicy Korean Kimchi Noodles

Ingredients
- 90g Hakubaku udon noodles
- 1 tbs oil
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 80g bean sprouts
- 120g kimchi juice squeezed out
- 2 spring onions cut into batons white and green parts separated
- 2 tbs kimchi juice
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Sesame seeds

Method
- Cook the noodles according to the packet directions. Drain
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Add the garlic, bean sprouts, kimchi and white spring onions for a couple of minutes until the bean sprouts are wilted
- Add the green onions, noodles, kimchi juice, gochujang, honey and soy sauce. Toss for two more minutes.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
