Spicy Larb Gai

Ingredients
- 200 grams of ground chicken breast or your preferred chicken cut
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1 table spoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 sliced red onion
- 2 chopped sprigs onion
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoons roasted ground rice
- Mint leaves
- Cucumber
- Jasmin Rice or iceberg lettuce to serve with

Method
- Sauté the minced chicken breast in a pan until cooked, adding water while sautéing to prevent the chicken from sticking to the pan. Tip: If you have broth, use it instead of water and add some oyster sauce
- Transfer the cooked chicken to a bowl and add fish sauce, lime juice, chili powder, roasted ground rice , and sugar.
- Add the mint leaves, spring onion,red onion mix until well combined and serve.
- You can have it with some rice or just have it with some fresh green vegetables, I have it with iceberg lettuce and Cucumber. So refreshing
