Spicy lemon grass pork jowl

Ingredients
- Pork jowl 800g
- 100g fine chopped lemon grass
- Lee kum kee Soy sauce 2 tbs
- Sugar 1 tbs
- Black pepper 0.5 tbs
- corn flour 2tbs
- Grated garlic 1 tbs
- Lee kum kee Chili oil 1tbs

- LEE KUM KEE - PREMIUM SOY SAUCE
Method
- Pad dry pork jowl
- Add corn flour on the pork
- Add all other in sauce and dry ingredients to marinated the pork. Mix and cover the pork with the mixture. Marinate for 30mins or best overnight.
- Pre heat oven 165 degree. Place line tray with baking paper and add a bit of cooking oil. Place pork on the tray. Cook 20mins each side.
- Slice pork and serve with rice. Also can be dipped in chili oil.
