Spicy Prosperity Pork Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 300g pork belly, thinly sliced
- 2 green peppers, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce
- 1 tbsp neutral oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt to taste

Method
- Heat 1 tbsp neutral oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced pork belly and stir fry until lightly browned and slightly crispy.
- Add sliced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add green peppers and stir fry for 2–3 minutes until just tender but still crisp.
- Season with Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce and Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce. Add sugar and chilli sauce, toss well and cook for another 1–2 minutes.
- Serve immediately while hot and enjoy the bold, soulful flavours.
