Spicy Salmon Bowl

Ingredients
- 2 x Salmon Fillet
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Broccolini
- Rice
- Kewpie mayo
- Crispy chilli oil
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Ginger 1 tsp
- Wasaabi
- Sesame seeds

- LEE KUM KEE - DOUBLE DELUXE SOY SAUCE
Method
- Marinate salmon fillets in honey and soy sauce and pop into air fryer for 13 minutes on 180degrees
- Meanwhile, pan fry broccolini in oil, garlic and ginger until soft
- Cook rice and portion into bowls. I just use microwave rice cups
- Serve in a bowls- rice down the bottom, then broccolini, then salmon on top.
- Fun part- add wasabi, kewpie mayo, chilli oil and sesame seeds
