Spicy salmon sushi bake

- Salmon
- Imitation crab
- Sushi rice
- Kewpie mayo
- Rice wine
- Sesame oil
- Sriracha sauce
- Furikake
- Cream cheese
- Spring onions
- Seaweed (nori roll dried paper)
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder

Method
- Steam rice and 2 larger salmon filletsAdd some rice wine to rice when cooking.When rice has cooled mix in furikake sesame oil and flatten out in a rectangle dish.
- I have eyeballed the measurements... To make filling to go on top of rice shred up imitation crab, the steamed salmon add teaspoon garlic and onion powder3/4 cup cream cheese1/3 cup Kewpie mayo squeeze sriracha sauce to your liking combine all ingredients well
- On top of rice add the mix sprinkle on more furikake seasoning and dizzle over with Kewpie and sriracha. Bake for 15 mins
- Then serve with nori paper and avocado (opt)Enjoy
