Spicy Teriyaki Chicken Onigiri

- Sushi Rice
- Teriyaki Marinade
- Kewpie Mayo
- Roast Chicken
- Obento Yaki Nori Sheets
- Lime Juice

Method
- Cook and cool sushi rice with lime juice
- Smash teriyaki marinade, Kewpie Mayo and roast chicken together until combined
- Using an onigiri mould fill 1/3 with cooled rice, compact, spoon when heaped tablespoon of chicken mixture to the centre, fill final 1/3 with more cooled rice and compact.
- Cut nori into 30mm strips and gently wrap.
