Spicy tuna crispy mayo tuna

Ingredients
- 3tbsp Sriracha
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 550g tuna in oil
- 2 tsp Light soy
- 4 tbsp kewpie mayo
- 4 cups cooked white rice
- 4 tbsp neutral oil
- Cucumber sliced
- Avocado sliced
- Nori sheets
- Sesame sheets

Method
- Blend tuna, mayo, lime, sriracha and soy and set aside
- Fry rice as a cake in a medium heated and oiled fry pan until crisp and golden. Salt one side flip and cook the other side
- Serve rice cake pieces in bowls with tuna, cucumber, avocado and nori sheets
