Spicy Zen Sesame Stir

Ingredients
- • 1 tbsp neutral oil• 200g boneless chicken thigh, sliced• 1 tbsp KEWPIE Roasted Sesame Dressing• 1 tsp chili flakes• 1 tsp soy sauce• 1 tsp sesame oil• 1 clove garlic, minced• 1 tsp grated ginger• 1 cup cooked rice or noodles• ½ cup chopped bok choy• ¼ cup julienned carrots• 2 tbsp chopped spring onions• 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Method
- 1. Heat 1 tbsp of neutral oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 2. Add the sliced chicken and cook until lightly browned and almost cooked through.
- 3. Stir in the Kewpie Roasted Sesame Dressing, chili flakes, and vegetables, then toss until everything is coated and cooked to your liking.
