Steak Fried Rice

Ingredients
- Scotch fillet
- Garlic butter
- Mushroom- button and shitake
- White rice
- Spring onions
- Salt and pepper to taste

- ABC - MEDIUM SWEET SOY SAUCE
Method
- Cooked the scotch fillet for 8minutes. Set aside and rest.
- Saute chopped garlic in garlic butter with mushrooms and spring onions.
- Mix cooked white rice, with kecap manis, salt and pepper to taste. Top the rested and chopped scotch fillet. Optional serve with fried egg.
