Sticky chicken and sweet potato bowl

Ingredients
- 200g Chicken thigh
- 200g sweet potato
- 1tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1.5tbsp Honey
- 1tbsp Soy sauce
- 1tsp minced garlic
- 1tsp sriracha
- 1/2 cup guacamole
- 1/2 cup pico de gallo
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- Lemon
- Olive oil

Method
- Cut up sweet potato and bake for 20 mins on 200. Cut up chicken and marinade in garlic powder, smoked paprika, olive oil
- Cook chicken in pan until brown and then add in honey, soy sauce, minced garlic and sriracha.
- Make creamy sauce by combining yogurt, lemon, garlic powder and salt.Plate up guacamole and pico de gallo to serve
