Sticky Hoisin Ramen Bowl with Jammy Egg

Ingredients
- 150g OBENTO Ramen Noodles
- 2 Tbsp LEE KUM KEE Hoisin Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Light soy sauce
- 1 Tsp Sesame oil
- 1 clove Minced garlic
- 0.5 Tbsp neutral oil
- 1 egg
- 1 small Bok Choy halved
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped green onion (to garnish)
- 1 tsp chili crisp (to garnish)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (to garnish)

Method
- Add egg to boiling water and cook for 6.5 minutes. Once cooked, transfer into ice bath for 5 mins, then peel.
- Add Bok Choy to salted boiling water and blanch for 60 seconds. Once cooked, remove and let cool.
- Cook ramen according to packet. Reserve 0.5 cup of cooking water.
- In a small pan, heat oil and sauté garlic for 15 seconds.
- Add hoisin, soy, sesame oil and 3 tbsp of ramen cooking water. Simmer for 45 seconds until shiny
- Toss cooked ramen through sauce. Add 1 Tbsp ramen water only if needed to loosen. Noodles should be sticky and saucy.
- Assemble bowl: Noodles first, followed by arranging bok choy and jammy egg cut into halves. Garnish with chili crisps, spring onions, sesame seeds. Enjoy!
