Ingredients
- 7or 8 chicken drumsticks, obento rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, maple syrup,ginger, garlic for marinade
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 750 grams chicken drumsticks

- OBENTO - RICE WINE VINEGAR
Method
- Marinate drumsticks overnight
- Pour marinade over drumsticks
- Preheat oven 200c
- Roast for 25 minutes, turn over and roast further 20 minutes
- Present on plate as a crown on bed of spinach with cherry tomatoes and garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions
