Sticky Pork Rice Bowl

- Mirin seasoning
- Pork
- Soy sauce
- Sake
- Garlic

Method
- Mix garlic, mirin, soy sauce and sake in bowl.
- Lightly cook thin pork slices in pan
- Pour sauce into pan and take out when browned
