Stir-fried fish cake

Ingredients
- Fish cake
- 1 Table Spoon oil
- 250g fish cake
- 2Table spoons ABC Sauce
- 1Table spoon Sugar
- 1 Table spoon minced garlic
- 1 tea spoon green onion

- ABC - SWEET SOY SAUCE
Method
- Add cooking oil to a pan and heat over medium heat
- Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Do not burn it.
- Add the sliced fish cakes and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
- Add ABC sauce and sugar. Stir well and cook for another 3 minutes until everything is evenly coated. Serve warm.
