Stir-fried pasta with beef

Ingredients
- 200 g pasta
- 200 g beef (thinly sliced, ribeye or sirloin recommended)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 onion (sliced)
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1/2 capsicum
- 300g bok choy
- Seasoning(using Lee Kum Kee sauces)1 tablespoon oyster sauce1 tablespoon light soy sauce1 teaspoon dark soy sauce1/2 teaspoon sesame oil1/2 teaspoon sugarBlack pepper to taste

Method
- • Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan on high heat. • Stir-fry beef quickly for 1–2 minutes until just cooked. • Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan: • Add 1 tablespoon oil • Add garlic and cook until fragrant • Add onion and capsicum, stir-fry for 1 minute, add all the sauce ingredients in and Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
- • Return beef to the pan • Add sesame oil • Stir-fry for another 30–60 seconds • Turn off heat • Add 1 teaspoon butter for richer taste • Add chili sauce if you like it spicy
