Ingredients
- 8 large eggs1/4 cup milk1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cloves garlic, minced2 green onions, thinly sliced.
Method
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside.Add the garlic to the pan and cook for 30 seconds, or until fragrant.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are set but still slightly soft.Add the shrimp back to the pan and stir to combine.Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
