Stir fry cabbage with Ho Fan

Ingredients
- Cabbage
- Ginger and garlic
- Ho Fan (Thick Glass Noodle)
- Olive Oil
- Soy sauce
- Chicken (any meat)
Product used in recipe
- LEE KUM KEE - SALT REDUCED SOY SAUCE
Method
- Put 2 table spoons of oil on the hot pan
- Sauté the garlic and ginger until it’s brown
- Put meat and cabbage in the pan
- Add soy sauce and stir it evenly
- Add some water until it covers the surface of the pan, then put on the lid and until the water is completely dry (absorbed)
