Stir-fry curry chicken udon with broccolini

Ingredients
- 1 package of Hakubaku Organic Udon
- 2 tbsp of canola oil
- 500g of chicken breast
- 1 bunch of broccolini
- 6 small brown cap mushroom
- Japanese curry paste

- HAKUBAKU - ORGANIC UDON NOODLES
Method
- Marinade chicken (sliced) with sesame oil, teriyaki sauce, black pepper, shaoxing wine
- Brown chicken with broccolini and mushroom
- Boil udon separately, drained and set aside
- Add curry paste off the stove
- Return to heat and add cooked udon. Stir fry until mixed well for a few mins.
