Stir fry noodles and chestnuts with Chinese sauce

Ingredients
- 500g Egg noodles
- 25 ml oil
- 150g carrots
- 150g chestnuts
- 300g beef
- 250g Hoisin stir fry sauce
- 4grove garlic

Method
- Heat a pan over medium heat, then add oil. Once the oil starts to heat up, add the garlic and sauté until fragrant (be careful not to burn it).
- Next, add the meat to the pan and stir-fry until cooked through. Once the meat is cooked, add the vegetables, chestnuts and stir-fry. Then add the sauce and stir-fry until it simmers slightly.
- Add the noodles to the sauce and stir-fry until the sauce coats all the noodles.
- Serve on a plate and can be garnished with spring onions and coriander if needed.
