Sup Semur Ikan (Fish soup)

Ingredients
- 500g Barramundi/ white fish
- 200g potatoes
- 250g tofu
- Cooking oil
- Ginger
- 6 cloves Garlic
- Spring onion
- Brown onion
- 2tsp Salt
- 1tbs Sugar
- 2tsp Ground nutmeg
- 1tsp White pepper
- 5tbs ABC sweet soy sauce
- 2tbs Fish sauce
- 1L of Water
- 5 Bay leaves

- ABC - SWEET SOY SAUCE
Method
- Cut Fish, Potatoes, and Tofu into diced 4cm x 4cm. Pan fry then on the pan until its half gold and crisp on the outside
- Copped garlic and Ginger into small pieces. Cut spring onions around 5cm size. Diced brown onion.
- Sauted garlic & ginger into hot pot, add diced brown onions and spring onions until it have a good fragrance. Pour 1L of Water, bay leaves and all seasoning ingredients. Add pan fried potatoes, tofu and fish when its boiled. Leave it for 5-10 min then its ready to serve.
- Eat with rice, the best when its warm
