Super Tuna Sushi

Ingredients
- Sushi Rice 1 cup
- Yaki Nori
- Sushi Seasoning 1 Tbsp
- Canned Tuna 1 small can
- Mayo 1 or 2 tbsp

- OBENTO - SUSHI RICE
- OBENTO - YAKI NORI FOR SUSHI
- OBENTO - SUSHI SEASONING
- LEE KUM KEE - PREMIUM SOY SAUCE
Method
- Cook sushi rice
- Mix in Sushi Seasoning and let cool on a baking tray (30min in fridge is enough)
- Combine mayo (1 Tbsp for a small can of tuna) with canned tuna
- Take 1 yaki nori sheet and place on towel or sushi mat put rice on leaving a strip of yaki Nori uncovered at the far end.
- Add a strip of the tuna mix in the middle and roll cut to size and ready to eat
