Superb Simple Sushi

Ingredients
- Sushi Nori 4 sheets
- 4 Chicken tenders
- Sushi rice 500grams
- Sushi vinegar 30ml
- 1/2 Avocado
- Peri-peri sauce 100grams

Method
- Cook sushi rice in rice cooker, apply vinegar after being cooked.
- Cook the chicken tenders in the air fryer at 160 degrees for 10 mins.
- Chop all ingredients and prepare the sushi nori on top of a sushi bamboo mat.
- Add sushi rice and then add the chopped chicken tenders and avocado in the centre, making sure to line them up to the edge of the nori. Apply Peri-peri sauce over the ingredients.
- Then roll the mat over and gently squeeze the sushi. Repeat 3 more times. Optionally, Serve with soy sauce and wasabi.
