Ingredients
- 1kg rice
- 350 grams of salmon fillet
- 4 chicken skewers
- 14 sheets of yaki nori
- 2 avocados
- 6 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoons of caster sugar
Method
- Add 1.5 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar and 1 tablespoon of caster sugar per cup of rice and mix
- Spread rice across Yaki tori sheets leaving two centimetres free at the top
- Add thing strips of meat of your choice to the role along side avocado and roll
