Sushi

Ingredients
- Obento Yaki Nori x 4
- 1 cup sushi rice
- 1.5 cups water
- 3 Tbsp of Obento sushi seasoning
- Kewpie Mayonaise
- Teryaki Sauce
- 1 x Thinly sliced cucumber (long ways)
- 1 x Thinly sliced avocado
- 2 x crumbed Chicken breast fillets

Method
- Rinse rice under cold water to remove excess starch then put it in a saucepan with the water and boil until water absorbed.
- Remove the rice from saucepan and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Slowly add sushi seasoning to rice and fold it in. Put the rice aside to cool down
- Cook your chicken breasts in hot frypan until nice and crunchy and no longer pink in the middle. Set aside to cool down.
- Slice your avocado and cucumber.
- Put a Yaki Nori sheet on a bamboo roller. Add rice to cover the Yaki Nori sheet with a thin layer, leaving a 1cm gap at the top, and using the back of a spoon smear some Kewpie mayonnaise over the rice.
- Add 2 slices of cucumber, thinly sliced chicken pieces, Teryaki sauce and Kewpie mayonnaise to bottom side of sheet. Dab some water along the 1cm gap at the top, then roll using your bamboo roller.
- Continue 3 more times, replacing the cucumber with avocado, until all the rice is used up.
