Ingredients
- Sushi rice, cooked to packet instructions
- Nori sheets
- Cooked chicken tenders, sliced
- Cucumber
- Avocado
- Sushi seasoning
Method
- Cook rice as per the packet instructions. Sprinkle sushi seasoning over the cooked rice
- Prepare vegetables and chicken tenders into thin slices.
- Place bamboo rolling mat on board and place one nori sheet on mat, shiny side down.
- Place spoonfuls of rice across the end of the nori sheet closest to you and approx half way up the sheet
- Place you chosen fillings across the centre of the rice.
- Carefully begin to roll the sushi using the bamboo mat to roll it tightly. With your fingertips brush a little water across the nori to seal the sushi roll.
- Cut the sushi into smaller portions and leave it to sit until the nori has softened and then enjoy.
