- Sushi Rice
- Rice wine vinegar, Sugar, Salt
- Yaki Nori for Sushi
- Cucumber, avocado, lettuce
- Mayo

Method
- Prepare rice: Rinse 2 cups rice, boil water and cook rice for up to 6 minutes Prepare ingredients: Chop avocado, cucumber, lettuce up and cook schnitzel
- For 2 cups of rice, Make 4 tbsp of rice wine vinegar, 2 tbsp of sugar, 2 tsp of salt, mix in cup.Once rice is cooked drain and rinse in cold water, put rice into bowl and add mixture to rice to make it sticky, mix.
- Lay yaki nori on bamboo mat shiny side down, add rice and leave 3 cm at the bottom, add mayo, avocado onto rice, add tuna or chicken on top of avocado then cucumber and roll using mat for guidance. Squeeze wet end of the seaweed to keep all together. Use cold knife with cold water to cut.
