Ingredients
- Obento Yaki Nori
- 200g raw salmon, 1/2 cucumber and Kewpie mmayonnaise
- Sushi rice
Method
- Cook the rice
- Chop the raw salmon and the cucumber
- Add the sushi rice to the nori sheet, add the salmon on top of the rice. Top the salmon with the kewpie mayo and add the cucumber in top. Roll your sushi roll and cut it in 6 even pieces.
