
Ingredients
- 2 cups of Sushi Rice
- 3 cups water
- 4 tablespoons Sushi seasoning
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 carrot
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tin of tuna
- 13 Yaki Nori sushi sheets
- 10 crab meat sticks
Method
- Cook the rice with water and then mix with sushi seasoning after rice has cooled
- Cook the crab meats for 10 minutes under low heat using a small amount of oil. Cook the egg to make scrambled eggs
- Cut the carrot, cucumbers, crab meats into small pieces to arrange into sushi rolls
- Place the yaki nori sushi sheets on a sushi mat. Place desired ingredients (scrambled eggs, vegetables, crab meat and/or tuna) inside the nori sheet with rice to make the sushi rolls. Cut to pieces and serve.
