Method
- 1.5 cup of rice to 300ml water in pressure cooker
- Cut chicken into strips and cook in teryaki sauce on med-high heat
- Lay Yaki Nori on Sushi mat
- Put rice on 3/4 of the yaki nori
- Spread cream cheese on rice
- Put desired ingredients on the opposite side of the side with no rice
- Roll mat and firmly press to bind sushi roll
- Cut to size and enjoy
