Ingredients
- 2 cups Sushi rice
- 6 tbsp of Obento Sushi Seasoning
- 6 sheets Obento Yaki nori for sushi
- 2 Chicken breast fillets
- Lettuce
- Mayonnaise
Method
- Place chicken breast fillets in grill and for for 15minsCook sushi rice to directions then add sushi seasoning. Allow to cool. Spread rice over nori in thin layers, add thin strips of chicken, lettuce and top with mayonnaise and roll up with a bamboo mat if desired. Cut sushi with a wet knife to desired size
