Ingredients
- Obento seaweed
- 2tbsp obento sushi seasoning
- 425 grams of tuna- for big batch
- 1 cup sushi rice
- Mayonnaise
- 1 cucumber
- 1.5 cups of mango
- 1 tablespoon ginger minced
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
Method
- Cook rice I use a 1 to 1/2 cups of water ratio.I use rice cooker but just boil following instructions on packet
- Prepare ingredients
- Mix tuna and mayonnaise adding mayonnaise to your tasting
- Chop up cucumbers I like to chop them into long thing pieces as it’s easier to roll sushi
- Allow rice to cool and add sushi seasoning
- Spread rice evenly over seaweed and place tuna and cucumber in the middle TIP use water to seal roll
- For sauce combine mango,ginger,agave,lime juice , soy sauce and sriracha into a blender
- Blend until smooth adding water if necessary
- Taste and adjust more agave for sweet Sri ha for heat
