Ingredients
- Sushi rice
- Stir fried chicken
- Avocado
- Carrot
- OBento Yakima nori
- Salt
- Pepper
- Mayonnaise
Method
- Cook rice as per instructions. Set aside and let it cool
- Marinate chicken strip's in 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1tbsp corn starch, 3 cloves of garlic, salt n pepper to taste.
- In a small pan on medium heat add a tbsp olive oil. Stir fry chicken until cooked. Set aside.
- In the meantime julienne carrots and slice few pieces of avocado.
- To assemble put the shiny side on sushi mat a sea weed sheet. Spread firmly rice leaving about 1cm from edge. Add carrots, avocado and chicken. Desired sauce to liking and salt and pepper to taste.
- Roll up the sushi firmly with the help of the mat. Dab fingers in water to seal the edges of seaweed.Cut into desired sizes and enjoy
