Ingredients
- 1 cup of uncooked Sushi rice, 3 tablespoons rice vinegar, 3 tablespoons white sugar, 1 tablespoon salt , sushi soy sauce
- S&B wasabi in tube
- 700g fillet salmon
Method
- Wash sushi rice and mix 3 tablespoons rice vinegar, 3 tablespoons of white sugar , 1 tablespoon of salt
- After sushi rice cooked , wait for the sushi rice cool down
- Rolling the sushi rice in a long roll , divide sushi rice around 3 cm length. Place a fillet salmon on top of each cube sushi rice and ready to serve ! S&D wasabi can add little on top of each salmon fillet !
