Ingredients
- yaki nori for sushi
- 2 tbsp of rice wine vinegar
- 100g of sticky rice
- 100g of tuna
- diced cucumber
- kewpie mayo

Method
- sprinkle 1tbsp of rice wine vinegar over cooked sticky rice and mix
- lay a sheet of yaki nori (shiny side down) on a bamboo mat
- spread cooled vinegared sticky rice evenly over the sheet approximately 2cm away from the edges
- spread desired amount of kewpie mayo over rice and add fillings of your choice
- slowly lift up the front of the bamboo mat with the side closest to you and begin rolling the sheet tightly. just before you reach the end, dab a small amount of water to the exposed strip to stick it together.
- then serve as you like ! it’s best to cut the finished sushi with a wet knife :)
