Ingredients
- Yaki nori for sushi
- Sushi rice
- Tuna and cucumber
Method
- Cooked sushi rice for 15 mins using absorption method. We then waited for it to cool for 5 mins and added 1/3 rice wine vinegar 2tbs of sugar and 1/2 a teaspoon of salt we then mixed and done. And let it cool.
- We prepared fillings and got out the equipment required
- We put the nori sheet on the rolling Mat and prepared to apply our mixture. We then rolled the rice and filling up and sealed the end to make our sushi roll. We then cut it in half to serve.
