Ingredients
- 3 cups Sushi roce
- 2x pre-made Chicken schnitzel
- Spices to taste
- Obento Yaki nori sheets
- x1 Avocado
- Desired sauces/ dressings

Method
- Put 3 cups of rice in a pot, fill a pot with water until rice is submerged and boil for approximately five minutes stirring in between. After finished put in seperate bowl for cooling
- Put a frying pan on stove top and turn heat onto too high and add 2 tablespoons of oil. Season chicken schnitzels too taste and place gently in frypan allowing to cook fully. (recommended two minutes each side.)
- Cut up avocado into slices and placed to the other side. Proceed to cut up cooked chicken into slightly thicker slices and place to side.
- P one Seaweed on board(shiny side down) then proceed to add a thin layer of rice to the bottom half of the sheet then add chicken avocado and preferred sauces.
- Roll seaweed into tight roll and proceed to cut into desired length or leave as full roll.
- Serve with soy sauce and enjoy!!!
