Ingredients
- Yaki Nori
- Cooked Sticky Rice
- Blanched spinach
- Canned Tuna
- Cheese slice
- Avocado
- Sesame Oil
- Sesame seed
- Salt
Method
- Add Sesame oil to the cooked rice
- Add Sesame oil and minced garlic to blanched spinach
- Mix Avocado, tuna and salt to your taste, and make a paste
- Take a nori and spread rice to the rough side of nori
- Assemble spinach, tuna paste and cheese slice and roll the sushi.
- Brush the sushi roll with sesame oil for the shiny look and sprinkle some sesame seeds.
- Slice the roll into bite size it's ready!
