- Sushi Rice
- Sesame oil
- Chicken thigh pieces
- Teriyaki sauce
- Avocado
- Sushi seasoning
- Carrot slithers
- Cucumber slithers
- Pickled ginger

Method
- Cook the sushi rice for the filling. Stir through sushi seasoning. Put uncovered in fridge to cool.
- While it is cooling. Marinade chicken pieces in teriyaki sauce and kaffir lime leaves. Fry in sesame oil. Put uncovered in fridge to cool.
- While it is cooling cut up vegetables into long slithers. When rice and chicken is cool enough to use make sushi by spreading sushi sheets with rice and adding vegetables and chicken. Roll up and enjoy with Kimchi, kewpie mayo, pickled ginger, spring onions. Anything you fancy.
