Sushi Bowl

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup uncooked rice
- 185 grams tuna in spring water, drained
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, diced
- Soy sauce, to taste
- Sesame oil, to taste
- Mayo, to taste
- Siracha, to taste
- Chilli crisp oil, to taste
- Sesame seeds, to taste
- 1 sheet of Yaki Nori, scrunched into flakes

Method
- Wash and cook rice. Rice to water is 1:1.5 ratio.
- Slice avocado and dice cucumber. Drain tuna.
- When rice is cooked, assemble in one bowl. Add rice, tuna, cucumber, avo, soy sauce, sesame oil, Mayo, siracha, chilli crisp oil, sesame seeds and nori. All done :)
