Sushi bowl lunchbox hack

Ingredients
- 1 cup steamed rice (cooled slightly)
- ½ avocado, sliced into strips
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 1–2 nori sushi sheets, torn into bite-sized pieces
- 1–2 tsp soy sauce (to taste)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1–2 tbsp Kewpie Mayonnaise

Method
- Cook rice according to packet instructions and allow it to cool slightly so it’s warm but not hot (perfect for lunchbox packing).
- Drain the tuna well. In a small bowl, lightly mix with a drizzle of soy sauce for flavour.
- Spoon the steamed rice into a lunchbox container. Top with the seasoned tuna and arrange avocado strips neatly over the top.
- Scatter torn nori pieces over the bowl and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Drizzle generously with Kewpie Mayonnaise — this gives it that creamy, authentic sushi taste kids love.
