Sushi Cake Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 2 cups Sushi Rice
- 4 tablespoons sushi seasoning
- 425g tuna
- 2 tablespoons Kewpie Mayonnaise
- 3 Seaweed Sheets
- Avocado

Method
- Cook sushi rice according to instructions on pack. Once cooked add sushi seasoning and stir. Spread out on a tray until cool.
- Stir kewpie into tuna and set aside. Slice avocado. Line a 20 x 20cm tin with plastic wrap.
- Assemby:Place one sheet of seaweed sheet on bottom of tin. Spread half of the cooked rice mix over the seaweed sheet. Spead tuna mix over the rice layer. Lay avocado slices over tuna. Add another layer of seaweed sheet followed by last half of rice mix. Top with the last seaweed sheet.
- Cover with plastic film and press down. Set in fridge. Cut into 16 and serve!
