Sushi for fussy kids

Ingredients
- Avocado
- Rice wine vinegar
- Sushi rice
- Yaki Nori wraps (seaweed)
- Hellmans mayonnaise

Method
- Cook 2 cups rice in rice cooker.Prepare bamboo mat with beeswax wrap to keep it clean.Slice avocado.
- Put 1tsp rice wine vinegar in cooked rice.Cool.
- Squash cooled rice onto wrapper (shiny side down) leaving 1cm strip at far edge.
- Lay avocado end to end left to right and squirt a strip of mayonnaise onto it.Then roll tightly & use water on edge to seal.
