SUSHI for healthy lunch

Ingredients
- 1 big bowl of steam rice
- 800 gram tempura prawn
- 25 mL OBENTO Sushi seasoning for cooking and dressing
- 1 avocado
- 1 cucumber
- 5 sheets of OBENTO Yaki Nori for sushi
- Mayonnaise

Method
- Mix rice with OBENTO Sushi seasoning
- Cut avocado and cucumber into long pieces
- Place 1 sheet of OBENTO Yaki Nori for sushi on the baboo mat: Put rice, mayonnaise, avocado/cucumber, tempura prawn and roll it tightly.
- Cut sushi into small pieces
- Place on the dish and enjoy :)
