- 200g Tuna & 200g king fish
- Pickled ginger, soy sauce and S&B wasabi
Method
- Shred carrot and thinly slice cucumber
- Cut sashimi grade tuna and king fish and plate
- Add soy sauce and s&b wasabi paste to taste
