Sushi roll

Ingredients
- Sushi Rice
- 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 50 grams smoked salmon
- Sliced cucumber

Method
- Cook the rice. Cool the rice. Slice one long cucumber. When rice is cooled down, put a cup of cooked rice in a bowl add a teaspoon of white vinegar and a pinch of salt then mix. Put the rice on the sushi sheet, put smoked salmon on top of the rice and sliced cucumber(optional I added a bit of chilli powder). Then roll the sushi.
