Ingredients
- 500g sushi rice
- 150 ml Obento sushi seasoning
- 150g white sugar
- 6 sheets of sushi nori (seaweed)
- 500g of salmon fillet
- 300 seafood surimi stick
- 1 avocado
- 100g cream cheese
Method
- Cook the rice, 4 cups of rice/8 cups of water
- With rice prepared, reserve and reserve to cool down.
- Slice the avocado, the salmon and the other ingredients, getting 1 centimeter stripes.
- Mix the Obento sushi seasoning to the rice.
- Check the flavor and add some sugar if necessary.
- Place a sushi nori on a sushi mat, place approximately 100 g of rice and spread it on the sushi nori sheet.
- Add the filling in the centre.
- Roll the mat up to get sushi format.
